After completing the online financial assistance application, the following documents must be submitted to us in order for your application to be process. Delay in receiving the following documents will hamper the process of your application.
- Proof of Income (paystub, SSI award letter, DSS award letter, etc.)
- Copy of your IRS Form 1040 or W2 for 2018
- A letter from a community service provider (teacher, advocate, physician, referring agency, etc.) or family member, expressing the reasons why financial assistance or scholarship funding is needed.

Triple P financial assistance funding is limited and eligibility is granted according to the NC Division of Social Services Food and Nutrition Eligibility Guidelines. Due to limited funding, we cannot award financial assistance or scholarships to everyone for this service. If we are unable to award you assistance at the time we receive your application, we will work to provide you with additional resources and connect you to community supports.
The Financial Aid committee will review applications on a rolling basis. Recipients will be notified by email (or letter) of the amount awarded.
